This is a hybrid role based out of Minneapolis, MN and St. Paul, MN LynLake is growing and we're looking for Pre-Licensed Therapists to join our team! As a Pre-Licensed Therapist, you will be dedicated to delivering exceptional outpatient client care in a collaborative setting. Your primary responsibilities will encompass conducting diagnostic assessments and administering targeted treatment, drawing from an array of culturally responsive, trauma-informed and diverse therapeutic modalities, including individual, couples, family, and/or group psychotherapy. Your caseload may include individuals presenting with depression, anxiety, trauma, significant life changes, ADHD, and other mental health symptoms and developmental concerns, thus necessitating experience across a broad spectrum of client profiles and conditions. A Pre-Licensed Therapist with LynLake Centers for Wellbeing will be responsible for: Providing professional clinical services, including individual, couples, group, and/or family therapy Following company policies, professional conduct standards, and all applicable laws and regulations. Timely completion of medical records and associated tasks to support billing and administration. Conduct diagnostic assessments, monitor client progress, provide relevant education, and develop treatment plans. Make referrals to other health professionals and community members as needed. Attend internal and/or external continuing education courses to stay updated on best practices. Exceptional clinical and boundary-setting skills along with expertise in therapy processes and treatment modalities. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team productively and effectively. W2Full Time:
Maintain a minimum caseload of 24 clients per week required Compensation & Benefits (Our pay structures are commissions-based/net-collections and compensation is based on billable services):Compensation:
Compensation split of net collections at 52%; paid bi-weekly- Estimated annual earning potential of: $82,000 for a Full-Time W-2 Provider W-2
Licensed Provider:
