Healing Life Counseling provides outpatient individual, family, couples and group counseling services for children, adolescents, teenagers and adults. We specialize in treating a variety of psychological needs such as anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal ideations, self-harming, self-esteem, crisis, parent-child relationships, eating disorders and body image, ADHD, and grief and loss, LGBTQIA+ issues, major life changes, school/work related issues, relationship problems, coping skills, life transitions, etc.
Requirements:
This is a contract (1099) position. It is best suited for a therapist with a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn and grow professionally, excellent relationship and communication skills, proven ability to build strong rapport with clients, strong typing and documentation skills. Must currently hold an associate license (LMSW or LAC) in the state of Arizona. Once hired, you will be required to obtain your own private practice liability insurance and form an LLC. You must also provide your own phone and laptop. Must have a desire to build caseload to seeing at least 20 clients a week. Having availability 2-3 evenings a week to see clients is required. You will receive 1 weekly supervision hour toward independent licensure with an LCSW , ability to staff/process cases as needed, and a very generous reimbursement rate of $60 per client session. We train newly hired therapists in CBT, DBT, treatment planning and documentation. We have many resources for you to use in session with clients for rapport building, along with helping them meet their treatment goals such as art supplies, sand trays, therapeutic games, workbooks etc. In addition, we provide the following services for you: marketing on our website and Psychology Today, Full billing service, including verification of benefits, billing claims and collecting all payments, initial client scheduling, Microsoft Office Suite, professional email, and a furnished, comfortable office.
