Our team is passionate about providing high-quality, culturally competent care and breaking the stigma around mental health, especially within communities of color. We foster a supportive environment where therapists can grow professionally while making a meaningful impact on the diverse lives of our clients We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups in an outpatient setting. This position offers both in-person and telehealth options, allowing for a flexible, hybrid work environment. As a therapist at Envisage, you will conduct thorough assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, ACT, DBT, and EMDR to support clients in achieving their goals. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with other clinicians and receive ongoing supervision and professional development. Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy sessions (both in-person and telehealth) Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to client needs Utilize evidence-based approaches like

CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR

, and other modalities to support client progress Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation , including intake assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans Collaborate with other therapists for case consultations and peer support Participate in regular supervision and continuing education to stay current with best practices Manage and maintain a consistent caseload and ensure quality care for all clients Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of the counseling profession Qualifications Master's degree in psychology , Social Work, Counseling, or related field Current, valid license to practice as an LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or LSW in Illinois Experience working with diverse client populations , with a focus on culturally responsive care Bilingual in Spanish or another language is highly preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills , with a client-centered approach Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member Passion for helping others and a commitment to providing empathetic care in a supportive environment.
