Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Psychotherapist to join our dynamic mental health team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive psychotherapy services to diverse client populations, including adolescents, adults, and families. Your expertise will help individuals navigate mental health challenges, trauma, behavioral issues, and co-occurring disorders. You will utilize evidence-based practices and innovative therapeutic techniques to foster healing, resilience, and growth. Responsibilities Conduct thorough mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards to develop personalized treatment plans. Provide individual, group, family, and youth therapy sessions employing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, trauma-focused therapy, EMDR, BrainSpotting Deliver telehealth therapy sessions using secure EMR/EHR systems while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations. Engage in case management activities including treatment planning, progress documentation, clinical notes, medical records updates, and adherence to clinical documentation standards. Supervision for LPC limited license available onsite Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling Psychology or related field from an accredited institution. Valid licensure or certification as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent credential. Proven experience working with children, adolescents, or adults in outpatient or inpatient settings. Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy (TFT), grief counseling, addiction counseling, psychodynamic/psychoanalytic, ACT, EMDR Familiarity with ICD coding systems (ICD-9/ICD-10) for accurate diagnosis documentation. Experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders is preferred. Excellent communication skills for effective client engagement and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. Ability to manage clients efficiently while demonstrating empathy and professionalism essential. Proficiency in clinical documentation standards using EMR/EHR platforms; telehealth experience is a plus. Join us in transforming lives through compassionate mental health care!
