Job Description
Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare. We're looking for passionate Associate Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population, accrue clinical hours towards licensure, and engage in continuous education under expert supervision. Join us in making meaningful differences in the lives of Medicaid members, addressing healthcare accessibility and equity What you'll need A Master's degree in Social Work with a minimum of 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience A valid LCSW license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus We're looking for therapists who bring A solid grasp of mental health diagnoses Knowledge of crafting effective, personalized treatment plans A collaborative spirit to work alongside clients in achieving their goals Skill in conducting thorough assessments to inform care strategies What's in it for you A clear path to clinical licensure with supervision Boost your expertise with our professional development support, includingCEUs Pay:
