Work Environment This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility while enabling you to connect with clients in a comfortable and accessible setting. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, utilizing digital tools to ensure effective treatment delivery and record-keeping. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health challenges and create personalized treatment plans. Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions for individuals and families, integrating methodologies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Collaborate with other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care tailored to each client's unique needs. Educate and involve clients' families in the therapeutic process, providing guidance and support as they navigate recovery together. Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and insurance requirements. Participate in ongoing training sessions and take part in team meetings to discuss client progress and optimize treatment strategies. Patient Population / Client Focus Your work will primarily focus on supporting individuals and families dealing with a variety of issues, including communication difficulties, relationship challenges, and complex family dynamics. You will engage with clients from various backgrounds, offering culturally sensitive therapy that recognizes the diverse experiences that shape individual mental health. Qualifications Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) . Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish a trusting rapport with clients. A strong sense of empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients' challenges and life experiences. Proficient organizational and time management skills to effectively balance caseload and administrative responsibilities. Preferred Experience Experience in providing therapy services in a community health setting. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and treatment modalities. A background in collaboration with diverse healthcare professionals to offer holistic client care. Compensation and Benefits Competitive annual salary ranging from
USD 80,000
to 100,000 , based on your qualifications and years of experience.
