Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain a clear understanding of clients' mental health conditions, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans. Provide effective individual therapy sessions that utilize tailored therapeutic strategies aimed at enhancing personal growth and emotional well-being. Collaboratively establish specific therapeutic goals with clients and continuously monitor progress to ensure accountability and effectiveness. Facilitate teletherapy for clients who may face mobility challenges or prefer the convenience of virtual sessions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards to promote transparency and client trust. Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to refine clinical skills and remain informed about advancements in mental health practices. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clinic serves a diverse population grappling with a range of mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges. As an LMFT, you will specialize in building trusting relationships with clients, utilizing a strengths-based approach to guide them through their recovery journeys while also addressing systemic factors in their lives. Qualifications Possession of a valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for establishing secure therapeutic relationships. Demonstrate empathy, sensitivity, and a nonjudgmental attitude while working with clients facing personal struggles. Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle a diverse caseload. Preferred Experience Experience dealing with addiction treatment or trauma-informed care is highly desirable. Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and familiarity with teletherapy tools is advantageous. Prior experience in a community health or private practice setting can enhance your ability to adapt quickly to our clinical environment. Compensation and Benefits The annual salary ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
