Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Pro Health Psychotherapy, your core responsibilities will include: Conducting clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for couples and families. Providing evidence-based therapy sessions to couples, addressing relationship dynamics and fostering communication improvements. Facilitating individual therapy sessions to support personal issues, including but not limited to, grief and loss, job stress, and adjustment to life changes. Engaging in family therapy to address broader systemic issues, such as conflicts among family members and blended family dynamics. Documenting treatment progress and participating in case reviews to ensure comprehensive patient care. Patient Population / Client Focus Your clinical practice will encompass a diverse range of patient populations, including adults, adolescents, couples, and families facing various challenges such as: Alcohol and substance abuse. Effects of physical and psychological abuse. Grief and loss issues. Communication barriers and relational conflicts. Adjustments related to separation, divorce, and blended families. Health-related stress and conflicts surrounding caregiving roles. Qualifications To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications: Hold a current and active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Possess a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field. Demonstrate a strong foundation in therapeutic modalities and a passion for patient-centered care. Preferred Experience While applicants with varied experience levels are welcome, the ideal candidate will possess: A background in working with families and couples in a clinical setting. Familiarity with telehealth services in mental health. Experience with diverse populations and issues related to mental health and marital challenges. Compensation and Benefits Pro Health Psychotherapy offers a competitive compensation package that includes an annual salary range of
USD 75,000
to 100,000.Additional benefits provided are:
