Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Pro Health Psychotherapy, your core responsibilities will include: Conducting clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for couples and families. Providing evidence-based therapy sessions to couples, addressing relationship dynamics and fostering communication improvements. Facilitating individual therapy sessions to support personal issues, including but not limited to, grief and loss, job stress, and adjustment to life changes. Patient Population / Client Focus Your clinical practice will encompass a diverse range of patient populations, including adults, adolescents, couples, and families facing various challenges such as: Alcohol and substance abuse. Effects of physical and psychological abuse. Grief and loss issues. Communication barriers and relational conflicts. Adjustments related to separation, divorce, and blended families. Qualifications To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications: Hold a current and active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
