Description Position Overview Supportive Living Solutions is looking to expand our clinical team by hiring dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT). Work Environment This position is primarily remote, allowing you flexibility in your work location. However, you will also have access to our modern outpatient office in San Antonio when in-person meetings are necessary. Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at supporting individuals and families.
You will:
Conduct assessments of family dynamics and individual mental health needs. Provide therapy to couples and families, addressing challenges such as communication difficulties, conflicts, and adjustment issues. Work with clients on complex matters including alcohol abuse, grief, or blended family transitions. Facilitate therapy sessions both virtually and in-person, tailoring your approach to individual client requirements. Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organization policies. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and therapeutic practices. Contribute to treatment planning and collaborate with fellow therapists to ensure cohesive client care. Patient Population / Client Focus Your clientele will include diverse individuals and families, offering a chance for you to make a significant impact across various demographics, including children, adolescents, and adults. You will address a multitude of issues, including but not limited to: Substance abuse interventions and recovery support. Support for grief and loss, alongside trauma counseling. Navigating familial ties and relationship conflicts. Guidance for individuals facing job stress and other life transitions. Qualifications Candidates seeking this position must possess the following qualifications: A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Dedication to providing empathetic and individualized patient care. Ability to manage a flexible schedule, with availability for at least 30 hours each week. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, the following experiences will enhance a candidate's application: Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting. Demonstrated proficiency in teletherapy and virtual consultations. Expertise in family systems, trauma-informed care, or specific psychological therapies. A passion for community outreach and mental health awareness initiatives. Compensation and Benefits Supportive Living Solutions offers a competitive salary ranging from
USD 75,000
