Work Environment This role is primarily remote, facilitating a flexible work setting that allows you to connect with clients in various locations while also ensuring access to our outpatient office when needed. Our outpatient services cater to a diverse clientele, emphasizing a team-oriented approach involving psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure holistic care. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, informing individualized treatment plans. Design and implement tailored therapeutic programs that address specific needs and therapeutic goals for each client. Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions, both individually and in groups, drawing from a vast repertoire of techniques in marriage and family therapy. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to provide well-rounded care for clients. Engage with and educate clients' families throughout the treatment process to foster a supportive environment at home. Maintain precise and confidential records, strictly adhering to ethical guidelines and state regulations, ensuring client privacy and care accountability. Patient Population / Client Focus The clients you will serve vary widely in background and needs, encompassing marriage issues, family dynamics, and communication barriers, among other mental health struggles. Your role as an LMFT will involve engaging with individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate personal and interpersonal challenges, ultimately leading to healthier relationships and improved emotional health. Qualifications A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field. Compensation and Benefits Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
