You will engage with clients through telehealth platforms and occasionally, in-person appointments as needed. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Conduct therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, and families to address varying mental health issues and relational conflicts. Facilitate group therapy sessions, focusing on themes such as grief, trauma, and family dynamics. Develop treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain thorough documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with industry trends and improve therapeutic practices. Participate in supervision and case consultation sessions to enhance clinical skills and ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Patient Population / Client Focus The clients you will serve encompass a broad demographic range, including adults, adolescents, and children facing various challenges, such as: Alcohol and substance abuse issues Family conflict and interpersonal relationship struggles Adjustment disorders related to separation and divorce Grief and loss Blended family dynamics and remarriage complications Work-related stress and mental health issues Communication difficulties within families Psychological and physical abuse trauma Qualifications The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: A valid and active State License as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine desire to improve the lives of others through therapy. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, the following experiences will be beneficial for applicants: Experience working with diverse populations in various clinical settings. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR). Previous experience in community health settings, particularly in a community health clinic environment. Compensation and Benefits Though our primary focus is on delivering outstanding care, we also believe in valuing our staff. Therefore, we offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes: A competitive salary range of
USD 75,000 - 100,000
