Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific goals, preferences, and lifestyle. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to implement treatment strategies that effectively address clients' challenges. Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care techniques to empower them on their wellness journey. Monitor client progress through regular assessments, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary based on feedback and evolving needs. Engage in collaborative care efforts with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure holistic treatment for clients.
