Maybe you're already working full-time and want to supplement your income. Maybe you want to scale back and build something more flexible. Either way, this role is designed to work around you. What You Need Active LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Washington (required — we cannot hire other license types at this time) Experience or strong interest in youth and family-focused care Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems Availability during afternoon/evening hours Preferred CBT, DBT, or similar evidence-based modality experience School-based or pediatric clinical background Active NPI and CAQH Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
