Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, developing personalized treatment plans based on their unique needs. Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to clients' backgrounds and experiences, aiming to enhance overall well-being. Set and monitor collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, providing ongoing feedback and adjustment to treatment strategies as necessary. Offer teletherapy options that address accessibility needs, ensuring that depressed or anxious clients receive the support they require from the comfort of their homes. Maintain thorough and accurate client documentation in compliance with ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in therapeutic processes. Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on the latest trends in mental health care. Patient Population / Client Focus Our client focus encompasses a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational issues. As an LMFT, you will work with both individuals and families, offering support and guidance for relationship dynamics that may be causing stress or conflict. Our practice values creating a welcoming and safe environment, where clients can express their thoughts and emotions freely while working towards healing and recovery. Qualifications A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients. Empathetic, nonjudgmental, and culturally sensitive approach to client interactions. Strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently handle caseloads and administrative responsibilities. Preferred Experience We seek candidates with at least two years of experience in mental health counseling, particularly in outpatient settings, although exceptional new graduates may also be considered. Experience with trauma-informed care and methods for treating anxiety and depression will be particularly valuable in this role. Compensation and Benefits Annual salary ranging from
USD 70,000
to USD 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
