In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive psychotherapy services, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and develop personalized treatment plans to promote mental well-being. Looking for clinicians that are fluent in Spanish and English Conduct thorough intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems to accurately identify client needs. Deliver individual, group, and family counseling sessions using evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, play therapy, EMDR, etc. Implement crisis intervention strategies to ensure client safety during acute episodes, including crisis management and crisis response protocols. Provide specialized support for clients with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, PTSD, chronic pain, grief issues, addiction concerns, gender identity issues, and other behavioral health conditions. Maintain detailed medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations while ensuring accurate coding with CPT (Current Procedural Terminology) and ICD (International Classification of Diseases) codes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate case management efforts and optimize patient care outcomes. Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to extend mental health services remotely while adhering to clinical standards. Valid Colorado licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT Proven experience in psychotherapy modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, grief counseling, addiction counseling, and behavior management techniques. Strong working knowledge of
ICD-9/ICD-10
coding systems for diagnosis documentation. Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, or individuals with disabilities—especially those with autism or developmental delays—is highly preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards is essential. Demonstrated ability to handle crisis situations effectively through crisis intervention and crisis management skills. Excellent communication skills for intake assessments, patient education, and collaborative team interactions. Telehealth experience is desirable to provide flexible service delivery options.
