Job Description
Licensed Therapist (LPC or LCSW Preferred)

- Hybrid (In-office + Telehealth) Part-Time or Full-Time | Flexible Hours with Some Evenings Required Are you a compassionate, motivated therapist looking for flexibility, autonomy, and a supportive team environment?
What You'll Do:
Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to clients managing a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, life transitions, and more Conduct intakes, diagnostic assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation via our EHR system Collaborate with leadership and referral sources to ensure clients receive the appropriate level of care Uphold the highest standards of clinical practice and confidentialityWhat We're Looking For:
LPC or LCSW license in the State of New Jersey (strongly preferred) LACs and LSWs working toward independent licensure will be considered Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field At least 2 years of experience providing therapy (internship experience considered) Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and comfort working independentlyPerks of Joining Our Team:
