full-time Company Description Doors of Change, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2001, is dedicated to helping unhoused youth ages 17-25 secure long-term safe housing in San Diego County. Role Description The LCSW will provide therapy to referred youth ages 17-24 experiencing homelessness in San Diego, CA. This hybrid role includes some inperson sessions as well as online therapy.
Day-to-day tasks include conducting psychosocial assessments, providing individual and group counseling, developing and monitoring care plans, and coordinating referrals to mental health, medical, housing, and social services. The therapist will collaborate with case managers to build trusting relationships with youth, support crisis intervention, and enhance engagement in available services.
MUST LIVE IN SAN DIEGO.
Qualifications
LCSW LMFT LPCC
Licensed Psychologist, Psychiatrist Experence working withyoung adults 18 to 24 year olds Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet youth
