We are seeking a
OUTPATIENT
Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) to deliver high-quality psychotherapy to our diverse client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing therapeutic support to families, individuals, and groups facing various challenges. The therapist will work collaboratively with clients to develop treatment plans that address their unique needs and promote emotional well-being. Responsibilities Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional needs. Provide individual and couple counseling sessions utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and behavioral therapy. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client assessments. Facilitate therapy sessions to encourage communication and healing. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes. Requirements Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Valid state licensure in California. Strong knowledge of crisis management techniques and patient care practices. Experience in counseling and cognitive behavioral therapy. Background in behavioral health and behavioral therapy methodologies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Compassionate approach towards clients with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
