We work with you to build a caseload that aligns with your availability and goals. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy to children and adolescents (ages 5-18) Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans Utilize evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, play therapy, trauma-informed care, etc.) Collaborate with families, schools, and providers Maintain timely documentation Qualifications Active RI or MA license: LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT Experience working with children/adolescents preferred Strong clinical and communication skills Location In-person sessions in Warwick, Cranston, Johnston, Cumberland (RI) and Seekonk (MA) Why Join Us Ideal for clinicians seeking a supportive environment without the burnout of large agencies.
