Job Description
Deeper Roots Therapy, LLC established in 2019 as a sole private practice and has grown into a team of Licensed Counselors and Social Workers who are passionate for working with individuals and families to both identify, uncover, and treat the roots of clients' presenting pains, symptoms, and concerns. If you would like the freedom to use your innate gifts as a therapist, are eager to grow and learn new skills, and work in a supportive environment with other clinicians, then we would love to talk with you! Deeper Roots Therapy has an admin team that handles and manages the billing and credentialing, referrals and scheduling for new clients and support for clinicians. Clinicians are given autonomy, support, and flexibility with scheduling in order can focus on providing therapy and utilizing clinical skills in their own areas of specialization. Currently we are in need of a fully licensed therapist for full-time hours, which includes 20-25 billable hours per week. We have specific needs for a therapist with training and specializations in trauma, marriage and couples, substance abuse, children, adolescents, and/or eating disorders. We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, Tricare, and Optum United Healthcare, Blue Choice Medicaid, Healthy Connections, and Humana Medicaid. Therapists must be willing to get credentialed on these panels, and we handle and pay for the credentialing process.
