We are seeking a fully licensed Mental Health Therapist with a specialty in couples counseling . The ideal candidate is a grounded, experienced clinician passionate about working with motivated individuals and couples who are navigating: Trauma (Complex, Developmental, Interpersonal) Depression and Anxiety Stress, Burnout, and Life Transitions Relationship and Couples Issues Personal Growth and Emotional Wellness We're especially interested in connecting with therapists who are established in their clinical work, value excellence, and are looking for a long-term professional home. This role is a great fit for someone who: Values depth and knowing our clients deeply, takes pride in their clinical work, enjoys working with adults and couples , and wants to be part of a collaborative, boutique-style practice. Although we do value flexibility, this is probably not the right fit if you're looking for something temporary, highly flexible without structure, or fully independent. Responsibilities Provide individual and/or couples therapy to high-functioning adult clients Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with our clinical team as needed for consultation and support Attend team meetings, trainings, and case discussions Manage a caseload suited to your preferred schedule and availability What We Offer Upscale, thoughtfully designed office space Steady stream of high-quality, pre-screened referrals Full administrative, scheduling, and billing support Collaborative team culture with clinical consultation Professional development support and growth opportunities Full clinical autonomy Qualifications Master's or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, Independent Social Work, or MFT Active, unrestricted license in South Carolina (LISW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or PhD) Specialized training or experience in trauma therapy (e.g., EMDR, IFS, Somatic) and/or couples work (e.g., EFT, Gottman) Minimum 5 years post-licensure experience Strong clinical, interpersonal, and documentation skills Comfortable working with high-functioning, motivated clientele
