The Holistic & Integrative Collective by Andrea Meier, LLC is a self-pay therapy practice in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. We are seeking a fully licensed therapist who is drawn to depth-oriented, experiential work and wants to build a practice within a collaborative clinical community. We believe insight matters, and that meaningful change often also involves working with emotion, the body, relationships, and patterns shaped by past experiences. Our clinicians bring their own specialties and clinical judgment to this work. We are especially interested in therapists who support clients navigating trauma, attachment, anxiety, women's mental health, relationships, or life transitions, and we welcome hearing about the focus you would bring. Who we're looking for A therapist with an active, unrestricted South Carolina clinical license, such as LPC, LMFT, or

LISW-CP EMDR

trained, with experience incorporating EMDR into clinical practice Experienced with IFS or another parts-based approach Comfortable working experientially and tailoring treatment to each client Available to offer in-person sessions at our Mount Pleasant office; virtual sessions may also be part of your practice Interested in starting part-time, with the opportunity to build toward a full-time caseload if desired This is an independent contractor opportunity. You would bring your own clinical style, specialty, and professional judgment while working alongside therapists who value consultation, connection, and thoughtful care. Compensation and schedule Clinicians set their own client rates within our self-pay practice. Contractor compensation is a tiered share of monthly collected session revenue: 50% of the first $1,000, 65% of the next $1,500, and 75% of revenue above $2,500. Earnings depend on client rates, sessions completed, and collections. We are happy to walk candidates through the structure and examples during the interview process. The role begins part-time, with flexibility to grow based on the clinician's goals and client demand. In-person availability is required.
