Job Description

BIT:
Building Independence Together, LLC is an in-home service company that provides ABA (applied behavior analysis) to families what have children with autism and other developmental disabilities. The children range in age from 2-21. We are looking for a person that is looking for a rewarding job to help families and their children improve their lives. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required, Associates or Bachelor's preferred. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred, but not required. CPR certification preferred, but not required. Must submit to and pass a background test. Be able to follow written behavior plans and take feedback. Strong organization and time management skills Have reliable transportation. Benefits Pay based on experience and education level. 401(K) available Paid time off available Free BCBA/BCaBA supervision for employees. Training on behavior analytic procedures.
