Job Description
Family Therapist Grace and Emerge Recovery Join Our Team Grace and Emerge Recovery is seeking a passionate and skilled Family Therapist to join our growing clinical team. We specialize in working with young adult women who are navigating the impact of trauma, mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and other co-occurring conditions. Our mission is to help clients and their families heal relationships, develop healthy coping skills, and build a foundation for lasting recovery. We believe meaningful change occurs within the context of relationships. As a Family Therapist, you will play a critical role in helping families strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and create supportive environments that foster long-term healing. Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly family therapy sessions with clients and their identified support systems.
- Complete family assessments and develop treatment goals that address family dynamics, communication patterns, boundaries, and attachment-related concerns.
- Provide psychoeducation regarding trauma, mental health, substance use disorders, recovery, and family systems.
- Collaborate closely with primary therapists, medical providers, case managers, and other members of the treatment team to ensure coordinated care.
- Facilitate family involvement throughout the treatment process and assist with discharge and aftercare planning.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in treatment team meetings and case consultations
- Facilitate weekly parent support groups Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
- Licensed or license-eligible clinician (LMFT, LMFT-Associate, LPC, LPC-Associate, LCSW, LMSW, or equivalent).
- Experience providing family therapy, individual therapy, or related clinical services.
- Strong understanding of family systems, attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment setting. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with young adult women and families.
- Knowledge of trauma treatment, substance use disorders, and co-occurring mental health conditions.
- Training in Family Systems Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), or other evidence-based modalities.
- Experience in residential treatment, intensive outpatient programs, or behavioral healthcare settings. Why Grace and Emerge Recovery?

Pay:
$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:
