• 100,000+ per year1099 Independent Contractor | Commission-Based | Uncapped Earning Potential | Flexible Schedule Vertex Building Solutions LLC is seeking a motivated and outgoing Outside Sales Representative to help grow our insulation, gutter, and construction cleaning divisions throughout Central Texas.

This is an independent contractor (1099), commission-based opportunity. There is no fixed salary or hourly wage. Compensation is based on sales performance, with uncapped earning potential. What You'll Do Generate new business through networking, cold calling, referrals, jobsite visits, and builder/contractor outreach. Develop relationships with builders, general contractors, remodelers, property managers, and homeowners. Promote our insulation, gutter, and construction cleaning services. Follow up with leads, estimates, and prospective customers. Develop repeat accounts and long-term customer relationships. Coordinate with our team to prepare estimates and proposals. Manage your own prospecting and sales schedule. Qualifications Previous outside sales experience preferred, but not required. Construction or home-improvement sales experience is a plus. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Strong follow-up and organizational skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Compensation This is a 1099 independent contractor position with commission-based compensation and no guaranteed salary or hourly wage.
