Offer assessments, ongoing counseling, and facilitate support groups for sexual assault victims. Maintain client records, collect demographic data, and evaluate progress. Coordinate age-appropriate group sessions for children and collaborate with staff and mental health professionals. Provide crisis intervention and training on sexual assault and mental health issues. Develop referral relationships with mental health providers. Qualifications include a master's degree, professional license, and experience in sexual assault and crisis work. Skills required are strong communication, organizational abilities, and clinical decision-making. Supervised by the Advocacy Director, this full-time role offers a salary between $55,000-$72,000 with benefits such as flexible scheduling, health insurance, mileage reimbursement, paid time off, and retirement.
