The role includes conducting psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and providing evidence-based counseling and therapy to clients experiencing mental health concerns. Responsibilities involve developing individualized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic interventions, and monitoring client progress, while maintaining accurate and confidential records. The position requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, consultations with families and other providers, and participation in case conferences as needed. The candidate will offer crisis intervention, support recovery goals, and provide psychoeducation to clients and their support networks. Additional duties include contributing to program development, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and staying current with best practices through ongoing professional development.
