Compensation:

$40+ per clinical hour , based on license level, experience, clinical specialty, schedule availability, and caseload commitment Gold Counseling is hiring associate-licensed and fully licensed psychotherapists who are serious about doing meaningful clinical work, growing their skills, and building a stable career within an established group practice. Gold Counseling provides outpatient mental health services for children, teens, adults, couples, and families using evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, ART, IFS, DBT, CBT, EFT, Gottman Method, Play Therapy , and other trauma-informed and relational modalities. The Therapist We Are Looking For We are seeking part-time therapist who is ready to: Carry and maintain a consistent caseload Serve clients during high-demand access hours, including evenings and/or Saturdays Show up reliably and professionally Participate in supervision, consultation, and team collaboration Use evidence-based treatment approaches with clinical thoughtfulness Maintain strong documentation and ethical practice standards Work hard without needing to be chased, reminded, or micromanaged Contribute to a mature, drama-free, supportive team culture Commit to long-term growth within an established and respected agency This role is best suited for a clinician who is warm, accountable, teachable, clinically engaged, and motivated to build something sustainable. Hours & Client Access Gold Counseling serves clients during high-access hours to meet real community needs.

General client care hours include:

Monday-Thursday:

8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.

Friday:

8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

Saturday:

8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Preference is given to therapists who can offer consistent availability between 10:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. , especially evening blocks and/or Saturday availability. Occasional telehealth opportunities may be available based on clinical need, payer requirements, and agency fit. Final compensation is based on:

Associate or full licensure status Clinical experience Specialty training Schedule availability Caseload consistency Performance, professionalism, and agency needs Clients are assigned based on payer, clinical specialty, client need, therapist availability, and agency fit.
