Women's Mental Health Therapist — LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT Aspen Creek Health PLLC Clinton, Utah Part-time | In person $45-$55 per hour Approximately 8-16 hours per week About Aspen Creek Health Aspen Creek Health is a developing multidisciplinary clinic focused on providing compassionate, whole-person care for women. We are seeking an independently licensed mental-health therapist who is interested in helping establish and grow women's behavioral-health services within the practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who values clinical independence, flexible scheduling, collaborative care, and the chance to help shape a growing program. Position Overview The therapist will provide outpatient mental-health counseling primarily to adult women experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, grief, ADHD, stress, pregnancy or postpartum challenges, and other major life transitions. The position will initially offer approximately 8-16 hours per week. As Aspen Creek Health attracts more patients and the therapist's caseload grows, additional hours and clinic days may become available. The position has the potential to develop into a larger part-time or full-time role based on patient demand, therapist availability, and the needs of the practice. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental-health assessments Develop diagnoses and individualized treatment plans within the therapist's scope of practice Provide evidence-based individual psychotherapy Support women experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, ADHD, perinatal or postpartum concerns, and life transitions Perform appropriate suicide-risk assessments, safety planning, and crisis referrals Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation Coordinate care with the clinic's nurse practitioner and other healthcare professionals when appropriate and authorized by the patient Comply with HIPAA, professional ethics, clinic policies, and Utah licensing requirements Help develop women's mental-health services and community referral relationships as the practice grows Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted Utah license as an LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT Independently licensed and able to practice without clinical supervision Master's degree or higher in an appropriate mental-health field Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy Strong assessment, treatment-planning, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team Willingness to complete applicable insurance credentialing and enrollment requirements Current individual NPI or ability to obtain one Aspen Creek Health is not able to provide supervision toward independent licensure at this time. Associate-level or provisionally licensed applicants cannot be considered for this position. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with adult women Training or experience in trauma-informed care, perinatal mental health, postpartum concerns, ADHD, anxiety, depression, or relationship issues Experience with cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, EMDR, or other evidence-based treatment approaches Current CAQH profile or previous insurance credentialing experience Schedule Approximately 8-16 hours per week initially Flexible scheduling Primarily in-person care in Clinton, Utah Opportunity to add hours and clinic days as the patient caseload grows No on-call responsibilities anticipated Additional hours are not guaranteed and will depend on patient demand and the needs of the practice.
