Job Description
About the Role We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our ABA clinic in Layton, UT. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in healthcare or education operations, enjoys leading people, and can keep a virbrant center running smoothly. The right leader will help with operations, support the staff, and cultivate a thriving environment for families and clinicians. This role will partner closely with clinical leadership as the organization continues to grow. What You'll Be Responsible For Clinic Operations & Leadership Own the daily operations of the center, opening/closing, workflow, and overall organization Serve as the on-site leader ensuring the center runs calmly, efficiently, and professionally Address call-outs, scheduling issues, and coverage gaps quickly and appropriately Maintain a welcoming, structured environment for staff, clients, and families Set the tone for professionalism, accountability, and positivity Staff Support & Scheduling Manage RBT schedules, time-off requests, and day-of changes Be available in person to support staff when issues arise Help onboard new staff and ensure they feel supported and set up for success Partner with clinical leadership Families & Communication Act as the primary point of contact for families regarding non-clinical questions Ensure front desk operations, sign-ins, and daily flow run smoothly Handle issues calmly and escalate when appropriate Facilities & Property Management Oversee the physical space, cleanliness, safety, supplies, and repairs Coordinate with vendors, property management, and corporate partners Ensure the center is always client-ready Qualifications Experience running an office, clinic, or program before specifically in health care, education. Experience has an operations manager, practice manager preferred Bachelor's degree required (Healthcare Management, Business, Education, or related field preferred) Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Ability to manage people, schedules, and daily priorities at the center Healthcare, education, or ABA exposure strongly preferred Why This Role Opportunity to lead a center that truly serves the local community Supportive leadership team and clear operational scope Strong foundation role with long-term growth potential Competitive salary with great benefits
