Job Description
Willard Family Therapy is seeking both fully licensed and associate therapists in Utah (LMFT, LCSW, CMHC, ACMHC, CSW, or AMFT) to join our established outpatient private practice. We provide in-person therapy in Riverdale and secure telehealth services throughout Utah. Our practice serves clients ages 6 and older, including individuals, couples, and families. We are known for ethical care, strong clinical standards, and a professional, stable practice environment. This position is ideal for a clinician who values structure, consistency, and long-term professional stability within a collaborative team. Position Responsibilities Provide outpatient mental health therapy to individuals, couples, and families Complete biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based interventions appropriate to your training and level of licensure Maintain timely and accurate documentation in EHR Utilize ICD-10 diagnosis and treatment planning Monitor progress and adjust treatment as clinically indicated Participate in consultation and supervision as required (associates) Maintain HIPAA compliance and ethical standards Qualifications Active Utah license (or associate license) required (LMFT, LCSW, CMHC, Psychologist, ACMHC, CSW, or MFT Associate) Master's or Doctoral degree in a mental health field Strong assessment and diagnostic skills (appropriate to licensure level) Experience in outpatient or private practice preferred Ability to manage a consistent caseload Professional, dependable, and committed to ethical documentation standards What We Offer Competitive compensation (based on licensure level) Flexible but consistent scheduling Established referral stream Administrative and billing support Credentialing support (for fully licensed clinicians) Clinical supervision provided (for associate therapists) Supportive consultation environment Clear expectations and structured systems Opportunity for long-term placement within the practice Yearly training and CE opportunities At Willard Family Therapy, we value clinicians who take pride in steady, high-quality work and who are looking to build something sustainable over time.
