Ogden / Northern Utah - In Person Mental Health Therapist - Evening, Weekend & Flexible Hours Tree of Life Counseling Center and Tree of Life Children's Center are looking for therapists who want a schedule that looks a little different from the traditional Monday-Friday workweek. We are especially looking for clinicians interested in Friday, Saturday, Sunday, evening, or early-morning hours . This may be a great fit for a therapist who wants to build a part-time caseload around another position, prefers working evenings or weekends, or simply wants more control over when they see clients. We are asking therapists in this position to provide at least 10 clinical hours per week outside of our highest-demand weekday hours of 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Those hours can include mornings, evenings, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or a combination that works for you and the needs of our clients. We operate both:

Tree of Life Counseling Center , serving adolescents and adults Tree of Life Children's Center , serving children and families Depending on your interests, training, and experience, you may work at the Counseling Center, Children's Center, or potentially across both programs. We are a collaborative group practice that gives therapists room to develop their own clinical style. Clinicians are encouraged to use evidence-informed interventions that fit their training, strengths, and the needs of their clients. Our administrative team handles scheduling support, billing, insurance coordination, and client communication so therapists can focus primarily on clinical work. Schedule We are specifically hiring clinicians who can provide at least 10 hours per week outside of 10:00 AM-3:00 PM weekday hours. We are particularly interested in availability: Friday Saturday Sunday Weekday mornings Weekday evenings You can combine these hours in a way that creates a consistent schedule. For example, you might work Friday evenings and Saturdays, two or three weekday evenings, Saturday and Sunday, or another combination that meets the 10-hour requirement. Additional daytime hours may also be available if you want to build a larger caseload. Compensation $35-$65 per clinical hour , depending on licensure, experience, training, and overall schedule. Tree of Life uses a pay-per-clinical-hour model , allowing clinicians flexibility in how large of a caseload they want to build. criteria Develop and maintain appropriate treatment plans Complete timely clinical documentation in our electronic health record Maintain professional and ethical standards Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Maintain Utah licensure in good standing Participate in supervision, consultation, and team collaboration Provide patient-centered and outcome-focused behavioral health care

Qualifications Required:

Master's degree or higher from an accredited program in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or another qualifying mental health discipline Current Utah license or associate license allowing the practice of mental health therapy Licenses may include:
