Full Job Description Qualifications Looking for highly motivated eager CSW, ACMHC, or AMFT (or LCSW. CMHC or MFT) to work at our busy private practice! This is a W2 position with supervision included (we have MFT approved supervisors). Trained, or willing to train, in EMDR, IFS, CBT, DBT and other therapy modalities. This job will build quickly to a full-time caseload. Flexible hours, Monday through Thursday we take Fridays off for self-care and self-training time.

Salary:

$37.00 to $65.00/hour DOE and potential until caseload maturation once caseload is mature annual salary will be paid DOE. Bonuses are available based on your caseload. Paid holidays, health benefits, retirement, and other benefits are available after caseload maturation.

Actually Connect Counseling is a values driven therapy office where we see connection as incredibly valuable and important. We support families and Christian values and we specialize in attachment therapy and trauma work among other things. We are seeking a dynamic and driven associate therapist to join our team! We welcome graduate level therapists working towards licensure who are trauma trained (or willing to train) with an attachment and trauma perspective. This therapists will work with children, teens, adults and couples. We are looking for therapists who are professional with good clinical experience, who respect our company values, and who are able to work well with our great team. All therapists can create their own schedules, we provide paid holidays, plus other benefits.

• We will pay for half of your EMDR training during your 1st year (with a 2 year commitment)
• Responsibilities
• Provide clinical therapeutic services to patients through individual therapy
• Work to meet patient needs effectively and resolve individual issues
• Maintain accurate and timely records of paperwork
• Carry a caseload of 25 clients per week (for FT + benefits)
• Attend weekly meetings which include training & staffing time
• Attend weekly supervision (for associate therapists)
• Work on enhancing and growing your clinical skills through personal growth goals and other training opportunities.
• Group therapy is not required, but opportunities are available for that if desired.
• This is an in person position with some telehealth sessions but most work will be done in the main office in person
