About the Role We are seeking a compassionate, relational, and clinically skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team. & Autism Infidelity, Betrayal Trauma & Divorce Adjustment This role is ideal for a therapist who values depth work, relational healing, and evidence-based care while also honoring the nervous system, attachment, identity, and the unique lived experience of each client. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful therapeutic relationships, collaborate within a supportive clinical team, and continue growing in your areas of specialization. What You'll Do Conduct thoughtful, comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide trauma-informed individual and/or couples therapy in a warm, compassionate environment Utilize evidence-based and experiential approaches tailored to client needs Collaborate with a multidisciplinary and supportive team focused on holistic client care Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Participate in consultation, supervision, and ongoing professional development opportunities Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Current Utah licensure or associate licensure (CSW, ACMHC, AMFT, LCSW, CMHC, LMFT) Specialized training in a trauma-processing modality is required, including one or more of the following:
EMDR ART IFS

Compensation:
Provisionally Licensed Starting compensation: $46-$48 per clinical hour Higher starting compensation within this range may be considered based on the number of hours worked per week and for candidates who have completed formal training in EMDR, IFS, and/or ART.
Fully Licensed Clinicians Starting compensation:
$53-$57 per clinical hour Starting compensation is determined based on years of clinical experience, number of hours worked per week, and relevant specialized training, with higher rates considered for candidates formally trained in EMDR, IFS, and/or ART.
