NHSC loan repayment awards are separate from salary and are awarded directly through the NHSC based on individual eligibility and program requirements. Applicants should review current NHSC requirements to determine eligibility. Qualifications Intern Currently enrolled in an accredited graduate program in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, psychology, or a related field Eligible for clinical internship/practicum placement Associate Master's degree in a qualifying mental health field Appropriate Utah associate/provisional licensure or eligibility Able to practice under required supervision Fully Licensed Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or qualifying mental health field Current independent Utah clinical license Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a clinician who is: Compassionate and committed to quality client care Dependable and professional Open to supervision, feedback, and continued growth Able to work independently while being part of a collaborative team Interested in building a long-term career with a growing practice You do not need to have experience with every population or modality listed above.
