This contract opportunity offers two distinct rolesa full-time position and a flexible floater openingworking closely with pediatric clients in a school setting. Youll provide 1:1 therapy and contribute to the well-being and development of young individuals, all while collaborating with staff, coaches, and school leaders.

Key Qualifications:

Experience delivering school-based therapy services, ideally in a pediatric or adolescent population Ability to work independently and responsibly with minimal supervision Strong communication skills to work effectively with students, families, and faculty Flexibility with scheduling, adapting to event-driven hours (including some late afternoons/evenings) Professional credentials and relevant state licensure in therapy or mental health field (as required)

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct 1:1 therapy services to students, addressing educational, developmental, or behavioral goals Collaborate with educators and staff to design effective, individualized care plans Attend after-school and evening activities as needed (such as sporting events), adapting sessions accordingly Document progress and maintain confidential student records in line with school policies Support crisis intervention strategies and participate in staff meetings and student planning sessions
