Role Description This role is for a Mental Health Therapist at Step Above Counseling Services. The role involves providing counseling and therapy services to clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and offering virtual support. You must be licensed or under supervision while working towards your license for this role. Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field Licensed Mental Health Therapist with relevant certifications Experience in providing therapy for diverse client populations Strong communication, empathy, and active listening skills Ability to work effectively in a counseling environment
