Position Summary Katie's Way is seeking an independently licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our outpatient behavioral health team in DuPont, Washington . The ideal candidate is a compassionate clinician with strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills who is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care. This position provides psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, adults, military members, veterans, and families in a collaborative multidisciplinary practice. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and establish accurate diagnoses Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy Utilize evidence-based interventions, including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Trauma-Focused CBT Solution-Focused Brief Therapy Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Other clinically appropriate treatment modalities Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation Monitor treatment progress and adjust interventions as clinically appropriate Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, TMS clinicians, and other members of the treatment team Participate in interdisciplinary case consultations Conduct suicide risk assessments and crisis intervention when necessary Maintain compliance with HIPAA, Washington State regulations, ethical standards, and organizational policies Minimum Qualifications Applicants must hold an active Washington State independent clinical license in one of the following: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) Additional qualifications: Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related behavioral health discipline Eligible to independently provide psychotherapy and bill insurance in Washington State Experience providing outpatient mental health therapy Strong diagnostic, treatment planning, documentation, and clinical decision-making skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Please note: Associate, provisional, and trainee licenses are not being considered for this position.
