  • Compassion in Action Compass Health is seeking a Child & Family Therapist to join the Children's Intensive Services (WISe) Mint Team in Everett — a group of dedicated professionals committed to helping youth and families thrive through strength-based, community-centered behavioral health support.
WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) provides intensive, in-home and community-based care to Medicaid-eligible youth (up to age 21) facing complex behavioral health challenges. The goal is to empower families and prevent out-of-home placements by offering real-time support where it's needed most. Learn more about

Watch the video What You'll Do As a member of the Mint Team , you will: Provide individualized therapy services across home, school, community, and office settings. Partner with families and youth to co-create strength-based treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care. Participate in a rotating after-hours crisis response schedule. Receive training in WISe and intensive mental health interventions. What You Bring
MA/MS/MSW
in a Behavioral Science-related field Meets Mental Health Professional (MHP) criteria per
WAC Preferred:
Meets qualifications for Child Mental Health Specialist (CMHS) Valid WA State Driver's License , insurance, and reliable vehicle Ability to pass a background check Must submit Agency Affiliated Counselor application if not already licensed Preferred Skills & Experience Previous work in mental health, social services, or healthcare Familiarity with Evidence-Based Practices or a strong desire to learn Effective communication, time management, and documentation skills What We Offer Medical, dental, and vision insurance at no cost for full-time staff 16 vacation days , 12 sick days , and 13 holidays (11 standard + 2 personal) $500/year for professional development + up to 10 paid education days 403(b) retirement plan with up to 2% employer match after 1 year Mileage reimbursement Weekly clinical supervision & team support That's over 45 paid days off in your first year!
