Childrens Mental Health Therapist

Job Description

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 40 Hours/Week Monday-Friday About the Role We are seeking a compassionate Children's Mental Health Therapist to provide outpatient behavioral health services for children, adolescents, adults, and families. This position includes assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, and care coordination. Responsibilities Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and establish diagnoses. Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans. Provide individual, family, and group therapy services. Deliver crisis intervention and ongoing clinical support. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record. Collaborate with clients, families, providers, and community partners. Participate in clinical supervision, case reviews, and team meetings. Qualifications Required Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Experience providing behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and families . Experience working with individuals experiencing serious and persistent mental illness. Eligible for Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor credentialing. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening and provide required vaccination records. Preferred LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Associate License, or eligibility to obtain Washington State licensure. Two or more years of behavioral health experience. Experience with co-occurring disorders, substance use treatment, and group therapy. Pay:

$80,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
