We are seeking a compassionate and licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our outpatient behavioral health team. This position provides diagnostic evaluations, individual and family therapy, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and care coordination for individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and establish diagnoses. Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy. Complete clinical documentation and maintain accurate electronic health records. Coordinate care with community partners and other service providers. Participate in case reviews, staff meetings, and supervision. Ensure compliance with confidentiality and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field. Current Washington State independent clinical license (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT). Minimum two years of behavioral health experience. Experience with co-occurring disorders, substance use treatment, and/or group therapy preferred. Strong assessment, clinical documentation, and crisis intervention skills. Additional Requirements Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening. Current vaccination documentation as required.
