We are seeking a passionate and compassionate Pediatric Mental Health Therapist to join a dynamic, community based pediatric therapy clinic serving children and families throughout the Puget Sound region. About the Role The Pediatric Mental Health Therapist will provide mental health services to children ages 0 to 18 , including individual and group therapy and co treatment with other disciplines. You will work with a diverse caseload and use a variety of treatment approaches to support each child's unique needs.

Responsibilities include:

Providing individual and group mental health therapy Participating in co treatment with other disciplines Developing and implementing individualized treatment programs Providing parent education and support Developing and managing home programs Monitoring and documenting patient progress Participating in team meetings and case discussions Collaborating with families and other healthcare professionals Completing required clinical documentation and administrative responsibilities Contributing to program development and continuous improvement About You The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric populations and a genuine passion for helping children and families.
