Job Description

Master's degree and license required. Provisional license accepted. Free supervision is available for provisional license. Must be computer literate, command of the English language, attention to detail, and have clinical experience as a therapist either through an internship or employment. Pay is dependent upon experience and license level. Pay is per billable hour (direct client contact). Therapist will be expected to have a minumum of 25 - 28 billable hours per week. This usually allows the clinician to work between 32 - 36 hours per week for paperwork inclusion. We have a fun, supportive and relaxed work environment!
Core tasks of psychotherapist:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop tailored treatment plans. Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Coordinate with multidisciplinary professionals to provide comprehensive, client-centered care. Stay updated on best practices in mental health counseling and participate in ongoing professional development.
