Overview Bentonville Stretch Therapy is looking for an energetic, personable Stretch Therapist to join our team. You'll work one-on-one with clients to improve mobility, flexibility, and overall quality of movement through assisted stretching. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is dependable and coachable, and is comfortable building relationships with clients. Experience in fitness, exercise science, kinesiology, personal training, physical therapy, massage, athletics, or a related field is a plus, but we will provide training on our assisted stretching approach. Compensation & Schedule $18/hour base pay Commissions on new membership and package sales - No cap Performance-based bonuses Part-time, approximately 10-20 hours per week Opportunity for additional hours and advancement as the business grows Responsibilities Provide one-on-one assisted stretching sessions Get to know each client's goals, limitations, and mobility needs Deliver a safe, professional, and positive client experience Build strong relationships with clients and help encourage consistent visits Educate clients on the benefits of assisted stretching and mobility Help convert introductory sessions into memberships and packages Support membership and package sales Maintain a clean, welcoming, professional studio Assist with scheduling, phones, and general studio operations when needed Help generate new business through referrals, community outreach, and client engagement What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable working one-on-one with clients Reliable and able to work independently Strong communication and customer-service skills Interest in fitness, health, mobility, or wellness Comfortable discussing memberships and making recommendations to clients Willingness to learn our assisted stretching techniques Ability to maintain a professional and positive studio environment Experience in fitness, personal training, kinesiology, exercise science, physical therapy, massage therapy, athletics, or a related field is preferred but not required.
