Job Overview Caring Minds Health Services LLC is seeking qualified and experienced Training Instructors to provide professional training for caregivers and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Instructors may be considered for one or multiple training areas based on their current credentials, experience, and qualifications. Position Responsibilities The Training Instructor will be responsible for: Conducting organized and engaging training sessions for caregivers and DSPs. Delivering training according to applicable Arizona DDD requirements and the requirements of the applicable certifying organization. Presenting course material clearly and professionally. Answering participant questions and providing clarification when needed. Maintaining accurate attendance and training completion records. Providing required training documentation and completion records. Maintaining current instructor certifications and qualifications. Communicating with Caring Minds administration regarding training schedules, participant attendance, and completion. Creating a respectful, supportive, and professional learning environment. Staying informed of applicable changes to training requirements and instructor standards. Article 9/DCW Instructor Applicants interested in teaching Article 9 should: Hold the appropriate current Article 9/DCW instructor qualification or authorization. Have completed the required instructor preparation. Maintain current instructor status. Have prior experience teaching Article 9/DCW. Be able to provide documentation verifying current qualifications. CPR / First Aid Instructor Applicants interested in teaching CPR/First Aid should: Hold a current instructor certification through a recognized CPR/First Aid training organization. Maintain current instructor credentials. Have experience conducting CPR/First Aid training. Be authorized to provide the applicable course completion documentation or certification. Provide verification of current instructor status. PROUD Instructor Applicants interested in teaching PROUD should: Hold the appropriate current instructor qualification or authorization. Have completed the applicable instructor requirements. Maintain current instructor status. Have previous experience teaching the program. Be able to provide documentation verifying current qualifications. Experience Previous teaching experience is required. Caring Minds is seeking instructors who have actual experience teaching the applicable training , rather than individuals who have only completed the course as participants. Experience in the following areas is highly relevant: Training caregivers or Direct Support Professionals Healthcare or human services training Supporting individuals with developmental disabilities Working with Arizona DDD providers Conducting classroom, virtual, or blended training Maintaining training and employee compliance records Instructor Requirements Applicants must be able to provide current and verifiable documentation demonstrating that they are qualified to teach the training program(s) for which they are applying. Caring Minds Health Services will review instructor credentials before assigning an instructor to independently conduct training. Instructor qualifications must remain current and comply with applicable Arizona DDD requirements and/or the requirements established by the applicable certifying organization. Schedule Flexible / As Needed Training assignments may be scheduled based on: New-hire training needs Required employee training Certification or renewal needs Number of participants Training calendar availability Instructor availability Training may be conducted in person, virtually, or through an approved blended format , depending on the course requirements. Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 25.0 per week
