The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating education in CPR, AED, and First Aid to a variety of students . This role requires a passion for student engagement, strong collaborative communication skills, and an understanding of applicable practices.

•Prior instructor certification is not required. We provide on the job training for AHA and HSI programs.

•Responsibilities Provide clear and consistent communication through interactive lectures and activities in the training environment. Follow curriculum and maintain consistency with program requirements. Maintain a safe learning environment. Collaborate with program director to ensure delivery of current and relevant information and training. Skills Proficient in AHA BLS or

HSI CPR/AED

skills. Experience in teaching or training others in medical or emergency procedures is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex medical concepts clearly. Bilingual (English/Spanish) beneficial.
