Certified Flexologist / Front Desk Technician Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and passionate Certified Flexologist / Front Desk Technician to join our vibrant health and wellness team at Vie. This unique position combines hands-on stretch therapy with front desk operations, customer service, sales, social media, and overall client experience. In this role, you will be at the forefront of helping clients achieve optimal flexibility, mobility, recovery, and overall well-being through expertly delivered stretching techniques and personalized programs. At the same time, you will help create a welcoming and positive environment for every client who walks through our doors. The ideal candidate is someone with youthful energy, a positive attitude, a genuine smile, patience, common sense, and a natural ability to connect with people . You should be passionate about health, beauty, fitness, recovery, and wellness—not only from the outside, but from the inside as well. We are looking for a true team player who is comfortable wearing multiple hats. Your responsibilities may range from conducting stretch therapy sessions and educating clients, to answering phones, scheduling appointments, assisting with sales, managing social media, maintaining the studio, and helping the team wherever needed. Duties & ResponsibilitiesStretch Therapy & Client Wellness Conduct one-on-one stretch therapy sessions tailored to each client's unique needs, goals, and physical condition Design customized flexibility and mobility programs based on clients' physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics Educate clients on proper stretching techniques, injury prevention, mobility, recovery, and post-session care Track and maintain detailed records of client progress, session plans, and program adjustments Build strong relationships with clients and encourage consistency with their wellness programs Promote the benefits of stretch therapy and other appropriate Vie services based on each client's individual goals Assist with group fitness, wellness, or educational workshops focused on flexibility, movement, mobility, and recovery Maintain a safe, professional, clean, and welcoming environment during all stretch sessions Front Desk & Customer Service Welcome every client with a friendly, positive, and professional attitude Provide an exceptional customer experience from the moment clients walk through the door Answer phones, respond to messages, schedule appointments, confirm appointments, and assist with client inquiries Check clients in and out and maintain an organized and professional front desk Explain Vie's services, memberships, packages, promotions, and wellness offerings Develop genuine relationships with clients and make them feel comfortable, valued, and appreciated Handle client questions and concerns with patience, professionalism, and common sense Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the studio Be willing to jump in and assist with any task necessary to support the team and client experience Sales & Client Retention Promote and educate clients on Vie's services, packages, memberships, and wellness programs Confidently recommend services based on clients' needs and wellness goals Follow up with prospective and existing clients to encourage bookings and continued visits Help generate new clients through excellent customer service, referrals, promotions, and community engagement Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage retention and repeat business Work toward individual and team sales goals Demonstrate enthusiasm and confidence when discussing the benefits of Vie's services Recognize opportunities to introduce clients to additional services that may complement their wellness goals Wellness Services Develop knowledge of Vie's health, beauty, recovery, and wellness services Become familiar with services including cryotherapy, red light therapy, Normatec air compression therapy, cupping, stretch therapy, and other wellness modalities Educate clients on the general benefits and purpose of Vie's services within the scope of your training Stay informed about current health, fitness, beauty, recovery, and wellness trends Be genuinely excited about what Vie offers and be able to communicate that excitement to clients Social Media & Marketing Assist with social media management and content creation Help create engaging content featuring Vie's services, team, studio, promotions, and wellness education Assist with taking photos and videos for social media and marketing purposes when appropriate Engage with clients and the local community through social media Help promote special offers, events, memberships, and new services Bring creative ideas to help increase Vie's online presence and attract new clients Prior social media management experience is preferred Qualifications Certification as a Flexologist or Stretch Therapist from an accredited organization is required Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, flexibility, mobility, and body mechanics Experience in personal training, sports coaching, fitness, physical education, or wellness is highly desirable Previous front desk, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience preferred Experience with social media management and content creation is a plus Prior knowledge of cryotherapy, red light therapy, Normatec, cupping, stretch therapy, or similar wellness services is highly desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales aptitude and the ability to confidently educate clients about services Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people Patient, dependable, organized, and able to use good judgment and common sense Comfortable answering phones, scheduling appointments, and learning computer/POS systems Ability to multitask and remain positive in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean and professional environment Must be a reliable and enthusiastic team player Passion for health, wellness, fitness, beauty, recovery, and helping others achieve their physical best The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is more than just a Flexologist and more than just a front desk employee .
