Wellness Director Join our behavioral health center in beautiful Monterey County, CA . This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who believes wellness is an essential part of behavioral health treatment and who can build an environment where clients feel supported, empowered, and inspired throughout their recovery journey. Responsiblities of the Wellness Director Lead and oversee the center's wellness and holistic programming. Develop engaging, evidence-informed wellness activities that complement behavioral health treatment. Supervise, mentor, and support wellness staff and instructors. Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure wellness programming aligns with individualized treatment goals. Maintain appropriate documentation, policies, procedures, and safety standards. Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to the overall culture and success of the center. Build relationships with community wellness providers and resources throughout Monterey County.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in psychology, behavioral health, wellness, recreation, exercise science, or a related field preferred. Minimum 2 years experience in a behavioral health setting RN or LVN in CA Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, medical, and administrative teams. Strong understanding of professional boundaries, confidentiality, and client-centered care. Why Join Us?
