Wellness Coach & Front Desk Representative Part-Time with Potential for Full-Time | SlimFit Studio — Newport Beach SlimFit Studio is looking for an energetic, positive, and professional team member to join our brand-new luxury boutique wellness studio in Newport Beach. This hybrid position combines Wellness Coach, Front Desk, and Client Experience responsibilities . We are especially interested in candidates with experience in Pilates, yoga, boutique fitness, gyms, wellness studios, or similar environments . What We're Looking For Experience with MINDBODY or similar scheduling software preferred Strong customer service and front desk experience Fitness, wellness, coaching, or studio experience preferred Energetic, friendly, reliable, organized, and able to multitask Professional, polished, and comfortable working with clients Detail-oriented with high standards for cleanliness and presentation A positive team player who enjoys creating an exceptional client experience Responsibilities Welcome clients and manage check-ins, scheduling, and front desk duties Guide and support clients during wellness sessions Learn and operate SlimFit wellness equipment Assist with memberships, packages, and client questions Maintain a beautiful, clean, organized, luxury-level studio environment Support daily studio operations and the team Full training on SlimFit equipment, services, and protocols is provided. $25-$30/hour based on experience | Up to 25 hours/week This is a great opportunity for someone excited to grow with a brand-new wellness studio and become an important part of our team.
