In this role, you will deliver engaging, instructor-led training sessions on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), automated external defibrillator (AED) operation, first aid protocols, and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS). Your expertise will empower individuals to respond confidently during emergencies, fostering a safer community. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to share your knowledge, develop your teaching skills, and contribute to public health and safety initiatives. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive CPR, AED, first aid, and ACLS training sessions for diverse audiences using instructor-led methods. Develop and implement lesson plans that align with current protocols and best practices in emergency response. Utilize adult education techniques to ensure learners understand and retain critical life-saving skills. Demonstrate proper use of first aid instruction simulation dummies and emergency defibrillation trainers during practical exercises. Assess participant performance through skill demonstrations and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes. Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and compliance documentation for all course participants. Stay updated on the latest first aid protocols, AED operation procedures, and instructional methodologies to deliver high-quality training. Skills Proven experience in adult education teaching, classroom instruction, or public speaking within health or safety training environments. Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to learners of varying backgrounds. Hands-on experience with
CPR, AED
operation, first aid instruction, and emergency defibrillation trainers. Familiarity with lesson planning, simulation dummies for first aid instruction, and classroom management techniques. Lifeguard experience or swimming skills are preferred to enhance practical demonstration capabilities. Knowledge of first aid protocols and basic life support (BLS) training instruction standards.
